By accessing and using Sevis Portal, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Sevis Portal provides digital access to Papua New Guinea government services including:

• Digital identity verification (SevisPass)
• Citizen identification services (CityPass)
• Police clearance certificate applications
• Educational verification services
• Other government services as made available

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Report any suspected security breaches immediately

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Submit false or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access our services
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Government of Papua New Guinea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these services, except as required by law.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the platform or via email.
