Inclusive Access
Smartphone, feature phone, or no phone—everyone participates through SevisWallet app or registered agents.

Ecosystem Design

National Data Governance Policy
National Data Governance & Data Protection Policy 2024 is adopted, setting privacy and data protection standards.
