How do I get a SevisPass?

Download SevisWallet from Google Play or App Store, create an account, and complete identity verification to receive your SevisPass.

Is my data safe in SevisWallet?

Yes. Your credentials are stored locally on your device with end-to-end encryption. Only you can authorize data sharing through biometric or PIN authentication.

What if I lose my phone?

You can recover your wallet by logging into SevisWallet on a new device using your phone number and password, and/or biometric face scan verification.

Can I use SevisPNG without a smartphone?

Yes. You can visit a registered agent for in-person assistance.

How do I upgrade my identity tier?

Complete additional verification steps in SevisWallet. Tier upgrades require document verification and may include biometric confirmation.
