Progressive Trust Model
SevisPass uses a four-tier identity model. Start at Tier 1 and build trust over time. Each tier unlocks more services while transaction costs scale with assurance level.
Tier 1: Foundational
Self-attested demographics + biometric 1:N deduplication. Confirms you are a unique person.
Tier 2: Verified
Identity verified against trusted data anchors (national registry, passport database).
Tier 3: Multi-Anchor
Multiple independent sources confirm identity. Higher confidence through convergence.
Tier 4: Continuous
